- Incident Response
- Manage Security & Safety Systems
- Regulating Traffic (Road traffic Act)
- CCTV/Central Alarm Monitoring/ Fire Command Centre Monitoring
- Assist State/ Auxiliary Police in law enforcement
- Key Press Management

- Arrange for OJT for new SO
- Meet clients periodically for reviews and feedbacks.
- Report to office weekly for management meeting.
